VRLA Batteries

The series ofbatteries are designed and produced based on the relevant standard in JISC8702and IEC60876-2. According to different capacity, the batteries are classifiedas Micro series, Medium series and Macro series. For Micro series, capacity is from 0.5AH to 20AHwith 5-year design life. For Medium series, capacity is from 24AH to 250AHwith 8-year design life. For Micro series means 2V batteries with capacityfrom 100AH to 3000AH with 12-year design life.

Micro series

With the latest advanced design of Oxygen Combination, We have produced a new generation of Valve - regulated Lead Acid batteries based on a long history of more than 18 years in research and development. Since 1991,We have  been specialized in designing and producing  VRLA  batteries with Japanese  AGM technology.  All of our VRLA batteries meet the technology requirement stipulated in  both JISC8702 and IEC60876-2. We introduced  Y & M  technology ( a special technology in battery plates ) from Toyama University in Japan. Based on different designs in technologies to be suitable for different applications, our VRLA batteries can be classified NP, NPC, NPL, NPG, NPM and NPH series.

Deep-Cycle batteries are designed and produced against the relevant standard in JISC8702 and IEC60876-2.We design the series of batteries with much thicker plates which have very special alloys and specific pastes inside. So that extends our NPC batteries too much in deep cycle life and it can be longer 30% than NP batteries in deep cycle application.

Gel batteries offerreliable cold cranking (starting power) and maximum power supply with asuperior cycling performance. The robust construction ensures the battery willcontinue to work through the most extreme conditions with a high resistance tovibration. They are exceptionally clean and safe to handle. The battery acid isfixed using gel, making the Gel battery completely leak proof, permitting thebattery to be inclined to an angle of 180o. Gel batteriesincorporate gas recombination technology, ensuring neither gas nor acid vapoursare able to escape, making Gel completely maintenance free. A slowself-discharge rate, plus its capability of recovery after deep discharge,makes a Gel battery ideally suited for seasonal or infrequent use. Our HybridGel batteries are basically valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries with acrossbreed of GEL and AGM technologies blended together. Aimeddirectly at the marine, recreational vehicle and solar market, this technologyprovides better service life, especially deep cycle life andhigh rates of discharge compared to standard AGM batteries.

NPG Series

Gel batteries are also called as Lead Crystal batteries to some extend. The robust construction ensures the battery will continue to work through the most extreme conditions with a high resistance to vibration. They are exceptionally clean and safe to handle. The battery acid is mixed with silicon to get gel material, with which  we produce Gel batteries. The gel batteries are  completely leak proof, permitting the battery to be inclined to an angle of 180 oC. Gel batteries incorporate gas recombination technology, ensuring neither gas  or acid vapours are able to escape, making Gel batteries completely maintenance free. A slow self-discharge rate, plus its capability of recovery after deep discharge, makes a Gel battery ideally suited for seasonal or infrequent use.Our Hybrid Gel batteries are basically valve regulated lead acid  ( VRLA )  batteries with a crossbreed of GELand AGM technologies blended together. Aimed directly at the marine, recreational vehicle and solar market, this technology provides better service life, especially deep cycle life and high rates of discharge compared to standard AGM batteries.

NPCG Series  Based on deep-cycle batteries, we produce gel deep cycle batteries and call is and NPCG batteries. The NPCG batteries are much better than NPG in cycle performance.
NPFG Series Based on NPF batteries, we produce NPFG batteries with our special gel technology. NPG batteries can work much better in standby application especially in some place where the temperature is hot sometimes.
NPMG Series Based on NPM batteries, we produce NPMG batteries with gel electrolyte instead of acid water. This is to make NPM batteries much better in cycle performance and protecting vibration.

Based on 18-year experience in research and development, in 2008, we succeeded in designing NPS batteries mainly suitable for Solar / Wind power or Photovoltaic system and then we call NPS batteries as PV batteries too. In fact, the use of AGM batteries in deep cycle applications is short sighted because the AGM batteries will fail prematurely indeed the AGM battery capacity will start to reduce from the day of installation. With the great help of Doctor Yoshida Masayoshi in Toyama Universityin Japan,we combine gel technologies with deep cycle technologies by putting somespecial elements in lead alloy and some additive in electrolyte to get muchmore longer cycle life for NPS batteries. NPS can be regarded as another type of special gel deep-cycle batteries.

NPM is specially designed for some power equipment such as cleaning machines, golf carts, lawn mower,scooters and tricycles. This series of batteries are assembled with veryspecial plates (quite different grill with special lead-alloy) to overcome hardworking condition. And they can offer much longer deep cycles than ordianary NPC deep-cycle batteries.

To meet the extremely fast growth and development in telecommunication networks and internet, there is high requirement for the lifespan of VRLA batteries in standby application.So we have designed and produced NPL series of batteries with 15-year design life. The series of batteries are mainly used in industries such as big UPS,Telecom system and power generation stations. The batteries are assembled withthe special designed plates and then its life is much longer 30% over than NPbatteries.

NPF series are purelead batteries, also called as Front-Terminal series or Euro-bat series, whichis new design based on relevant requirement in INTELEC. The battery is veryreasonable in structure and has occupied the leading position in the sameindustry. In fact, NPF series has been specially designed mainly for telecomsystems. With proven compliance to the most rigorous international standards,Such as IEC60896-21/22, BS6290-4, Euro-bat Guide, our NPF batteries arerecognized as one of the best batteries for telecom applications. In order toensure that the power supply is guaranteed at all times, essential facilitiesare backed up with high performances battery systems. Sudden breaks in thepower supply are then no longer a problem. If the power suddenly fails, batterysystems take over the emergency supply of power.

NPH series of battery is a type of  battery with high performance, specially designed for application requiring high-rate discharge and offers much more improved powerdensities up to 50% more watts per kilo than general NP type when operated at10-minute discharge rate.

This type of battery is recommended for telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems and other harsh environmental applications.

OPzV series

OPzV series ( tubular Gel battery) is newly developed by using tubular positive plates with fumed gelled electrolyte. Its performance meets & exceeds the standards specified in DIN 40742, and it has a very long design life and very high deep cycling capabilities. This type of battery is recommended for telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems and other harsh environment applications.

OPzS series The OPzS battery is a traditional tubular plate flooded stationary battery with a cycle life of 1500 cycles at 80% DOD @ 20 °C/68 °F, low maintenance, acid-proof and explosion-proof . Its performances meet & exceed the standards specified in DIN40736. This series of battery is most suited for all standby power applications that require the highest levels of reliability and security.
